Here's to 2018...

So I suppose it has been a while since i've written a blog post and i've decided that this year, i'm going to be spending a lot more time on it. There are a few things that I want to change this year so i've written a list of a few resolutions and promises that I have made to myself.
  1. Do more of things that I love to do but don't make enough time for like; writing my blog, reading books, watching documentaries, listening to music. I don't do these things as often as I would like but I want to so i'll be trying to set more time aside.
  2. Make an effort to go out more, not just to clubs and bars but meeting friends for coffee or just a walk in the park. I want to spend more time with people who are important in my life. I miss hanging out with some friends and really want to attempt to rebuild those friendships.
  3. Take pride in my appearance. Because I stopped going out and hanging out with friends outside of the house, I didn't feel like wearing make-up anymore or caring what I was wearing. So this year i'm going to really try and update my wardrobe more and want to actually wear make-up.
  4. Stop worrying. I am my own worst enemy when it comes to my anxiety, I panic about things before they even happen. My mind just overthinks everything and always imagines the worst, before I do anything my anxiety has already played it out a million different ways in my head and that is what stops me from going out etc.
