TAYLOR SWIFT CONCERT!!!
So as you can probably tell from the title, I went to the Taylor Swift Red Tour concert at The O2 in London :)
I am a hugeeeeee country music fan, thanks dad. One day I was searching for a Tim McGraw song to listen to and I came across Taylor Swift - Tim McGraw. I downloaded it, give it a listen and I think I fell in love. I loved her voice and her country sound. I quickly began searching for information about this Taylor Swift and was delighted to find that she had a few more songs. And this was the start of a beautiful relationship lol! I LOVE Taylor, a crazy crazy amount. I know every word to every song on all of her 4 albums, that's over 70 songs or something.
So when my ex-boyfriend surprised me with tickets for Christmas you can imagine my reaction.....ohhh actually, his cousin recorded it so i've added the link to the video so you all can laugh at me bursting into tears like a little child. It is rubbish quality but it's hilarious. He stopped recording and of course did not capture when the surprise had set in and I actually realised I was going to see my idol, my icon, my musical hero. I cried even harder and could not stop shaking. I was literally like "Is this real life?" as I really couldn't believe it.
I had actually never been to a Taylor Swift concert before, I was supposed to go to the Fearless tour & the Speak Now tour but they are just very sad and disappointing stories that I never want to be reminded of again lol (not very nice ex-boyfriends, pshhh)! So for him to get me these tickets means that he knew how much it meant for me to go and wanted to make me happy!!
He got the Red Package VIP tickets because the only tickets left were way at the back and up really high and he knows I hate heights so he spent quite a bit extra to get these tickets.
Let me know if you have ever seen her in concert and what you thought, I had such an amazing time and I think I was in a slight dream/trance the whole way through. She put on an amazing show and you can tell how much she appreciates her fans. It was her last show of the UK/European leg of her Red Tour but she didn't look tired or anything, she was super pumped and energetic. I honestly watched the concert with tears in my eyes because I was just totally loving life! I loved loved loved loved loveddddd it! She was magical to watch and I was definitely enchanted to say the least. She didn't let me down at all, I was expecting really big things and she 100% delivered. Love you Tay, you're my girl!!!
