AuPair In USA

Ok guys, I need your help. If you have ever been an AuPair or a nanny in the USA, then I need you. I wana hear from any of you guys that have maybe done this sort of programme before or have friends or family that have. Even if you have read an AuPair blog somewhere or just a post then please comment and let me know.

Anyways, this is sort of my last chance to do an AuPair programme because to be able to get a J-1 visa as an AuPair you need to be between the ages of 18-26. I am coming 25 this month so I really mean it when I say it's my last opportunity.

I have wanted to do this for a really long time, I actually became an AuPair in Australia a few years ago but that did not work out at all. At the time, I felt like I just needed to get away from home so I jumped at the first chance. I wanted to go to America but Australia was just so much easier for a visa etc.

I honestly would appreciate any advise at all. I'm still not sure what agency to go with, what to write on my application or when I want to go.

I'm honestly like a lost puppy and just really need some help lol. I just want some advise to help me make up my mind if I should do this or not. I really want to and just know that i'd have the time of my life, but i'd like to hear about other peoples experiences before I just change my whole life.
