Morning Tea & Late Night Drink

In the morning when I am having my breakfast, I like to wake myself up with a cup of Clipper's green tea with lime & ginger and I add a squeeze of fresh lemon. I will eventually just use some cut up ginger with lemon as I read an amazing article on vegkitchen.com called 5 Reasons Why You Should Drink Ginger Lemon Tea which explains the reasons why it is so good for you, but for now I am sticking with my teabags.


Before I go to bed, I like to have a cup of Clipper's organic chamomile tea or their sleep easy blend in which I add a teaspoon of ashwagandha powder which helps to calm the nerves, ease anxiety and aid sleep which I definitely need as sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with a panic attack. I also add a teaspoon of rhodiola powder as it helps aid the passage of serotonion to the brain, which improves resistance to stress.
