Alex and Ani

Whilst telling you all about my adventures in The Hamptons over the summer, I forgot to mention my Alex and Ani find. (Keep in mind there will probably be a lot of these "I forgot to mention" blogs, I am rather silly and forgetful.) So in the town of Southampton there was an Alex & Ani store, which I had never heard of before. Looking through the window I saw that they were these cute little wire bangle bracelets with pendants on them. So me and the girls went in to have a nosy and I just fell in love with them. They have a collection of bracelets called Charity by Design in which a percentage of the sales of the particular bracelet goes towards the charity in which the design supports. For example; Through November 2014, 20% of all Alex and Ani sales of the Penguin Charm, with a minimum donation of $25,000, will go directly to the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, a non-profit dedicated to the advancement of zoos and aquariums in the areas of wildlife conservation, science education, and a better future for all living things.
