The Big Cycle

I wanted to share my dear friend's amazing story. His name is Brendan Barnes and in May 2013, he left our small hometown of Belfast on a 25,000 mile journey cycling across the world, roughly 38 countries which will take him estimately two years. Here is his Facebook page and website in which he posts entries and pictures as often as he can. I am so proud of him for finally living his dream and embarking on this exciting yet scary adventure. He sends me some of the coolest snapchats of different destinations which he has visited and cycled through, some are just stunning.
I would really appreciate it you all would support him by reading his story, liking his page and following him along this incredible journey. I miss him dearly but I love living my life vicariously through him as it has always been my dream to see the world, although much more comfortably than on a bicycle, he's a brave man. And surprisingly, he suits the beard.
