Cake Stand as a Cosmetic Holder

I love finding new and cute decorative ideas for my bedroom. I was recently watching a Youtube video of the popular StilaBabe09's Room Tour in which she has a cake stand with some cosmetics on it like her perfumes. I thought this was an awesome idea as it doesn't take up too much room and the tiers mean you can put more stuff on them. I like the idea of having things on display instead of being stored away in boxes or drawers as you can get to them quite easily. I've searched for some shabby chic and vintage style ones, as that's the kind of look I want for my room. So i've added a few pictures and I hope it maybe gives others some inspiration if you want to try and de-clutter or organise . 


I think a large cake stand would look great standing beside a wardrobe or chest of drawers and the smaller ones would maybe fit on top of a dressing table or on shelves. They look like they would be great for storage and are also really pretty which of course is an added bonus.
