Reduce Reuse Recycle

I am actually quite passionate about recycling, I am trying to be green in every way possible. Here in Belfast we now have a blue bin which our recycling goes into and I am constantly reminding my family to use it. It is literally as simple as putting a plastic bottle or piece of cardboard into a separate bin and that is it. 




Working in retail is actually quite hard because most of the places I have worked do not recycle and it kills me to put plastic and paper into a normal rubbish bin. Most companies just do not have the time or resources to recycle and this makes me super angry. Think about all the money they spend on advertising and whatever else, yet they can't recycle? GRRRRRRR!!!! 

It is such an easy thing to do and it helps the environment in so many ways. We should respect our planet because it's the only one we've got until we can finally live on the Moon or Mars but for right now our address is Earth. So I just wanted to write this post to hopefully encourage you all to recycle. It honestly requires minimal effort and it makes you feel good as you could have just saved a tree. 

Think of all the cute little animals in the forests whose homes are being destroyed just so we can waste and disregard millions of sheets of paper. And what about all the animals in the oceans and seas who are getting caught in our rubbish? We all remember Lovelace from Happy Feet. We need to start thinking of all the creatures we share this planet with, we are not the only ones. We seems very selfish as human beings, we should be more considerate and more appreciative of this wonderful world.

Ok rant over!!! Please guys try your best to recycle and try to use products which can be reused and recycled.
